In Ireland, that rarely works.

The key is ease. Nothing that restricts. Nothing that demands constant adjustment.
When you feel comfortable, you look composed.
Colour in Irish Summer Light
Summer light in Ireland has a softness to it.
Navy can feel unexpectedly fresh when paired with lighter accessories. Duck egg carries beautifully in daylight. Cerise feels confident without being overpowering. Lime, when handled with restraint, can feel luminous rather than bold. Taupe offers a quieter kind of elegance, allowing fabric and movement to take the lead. Royal blue brings clarity and presence, vivid yet refined when kept simple in silhouette.
It’s less about brightness, more about clarity.
In brighter months, colour doesn’t need to shout.
It simply needs to feel intentional.

There’s sometimes pressure around summer weddings to look effortless.
But effortlessness usually comes from clarity.
A clean silhouette. A luxurious fabric. A colour that feels like you.
That’s enough.
